
HotelPremio’s PR team is the Hungarian PR agency of the Timisoara Tourist Office (VisitTimisoara)
From April 2025, our Premio PR agency will be responsible for the Hungarian PR activities of the Timisoara Tourist Office (VisitTimisoara). Our tasks include planning and implementing the destination’s marketing and PR strategy in Hungary, as well as strengthening MICE and B2B relations with the Hungarian market.
As a first step of the long-term cooperation, HPG’s PR team organised the first professional presentation of Timisoara in Budapest on 7 May, in the framework of a tourism workshop held at the Eiffel Bistro.
The informal, informal, fun-filled workshop with presentations was attended by the marketing team of VisitTemesvár, the city on the Béga coast, and its partners, together with representatives of 7 local hotels, and was attended by nearly 35 travel professionals representing 25 national travel agencies. The travel agencies participating in the workshop ranged from small FIT and corporate travel agencies to large group bus tours or student tours.

The professional part of the evening was opened with a welcome speech and presentation by Laura Boldovici, CEO of VisitTimisoara. She was followed by a presentation by her colleagues Ludovic Satmari on the history of the city and its Hungarian connections, and Dan Jakabházi on professional contacts, local gastronomy, attractions and tourism programmes. The experts also covered some exciting details for tour operators (guiding regulations, parking for sightseeing buses, etc.).
The presentations were followed by a 15-question quiz on the city, the first 3 fastest winners of which will soon be able to experience the hospitality of Timisoara, the 4th most populous Romanian city, also known as “Little Vienna”.
During the dinner, which was followed by a mini wine tasting, the focus was on networking, which will significantly contribute to the future successful cooperation between local professionals and Timisoara’s hotels and tourism professionals. The active workshop in the evening was followed by a press breakfast on the morning of 8 May, where local journalists and influencers were given an insight into when and why to visit Timisoara.
