Focus on the Growing Number of Hungarian Guests

2025, Apr 2 | PR and communication

On March 27th, LifeClass Hotels & Spa held an exclusive press event at one of the most exceptional venues in the Buda Castle District, the tower of Matthias Church. The purpose of the event was to showcase the hotel chain’s latest developments and the increasingly important role of the Hungarian market in Slovenia’s tourism.

The 25 invited journalists and influencers learned firsthand that the number of Hungarian guest nights has significantly increased over the past year. The Hungarian presence was particularly strong in LifeClass Hotels & Spa hotels: 14,712 guest nights were realized, and more than 2,600 bookings had already been made by early 2025.

At the event, Mitja Žnidaršič, Sales and Marketing Executive Director of LifeClass Hotels & Spa, presented the hotel chain’s latest developments, including the reopening of the completely renovated Riviera Hotel. Later, Ylenia Loredan and Katerina Grego showcased the hotel chain’s special services, with a particular emphasis on wellness and gastronomic experiences.

After the presentation, participants attended an exclusive reception where they could taste one of Slovenia’s most famous wines, orange wine, as well as special flavors of Mediterranean cuisine. Premium olive oils from the Morgan olive farm and special “salt flowers” from the Piran Salt Pans were also featured in the tasting, bringing the gastronomic world of LifeClass Hotels & Spa closer to Hungarian guests.

As the highlight of the event, guests participated in a private tower tour of the Matthias Church lookout, which offered an unparalleled panoramic view of Budapest. The spring sunset and the evening blue hour created a magical atmosphere that further enhanced the exclusivity of the event.

HotelPremio Group proudly undertook the complete organization of the event. From sending invitations to execution, we coordinated every detail to create a memorable event for Hungarian press and influencers. Our goal was to bring the Hungarian audience even closer to the world of LifeClass Hotels & Spa, thereby further increasing the popularity of the Slovenian coast among Hungarian travelers.

The day before the event, we held a similar press event in Prague, attended by more than 32 Czech journalists and influencers. Both events were important steps in strengthening LifeClass Hotels & Spa’s presence in the Central European market and attracting even more Hungarian and Czech travelers for an unforgettable vacation in Slovenia.
