
Corporate Event Focus Report 2024 is published by HotelPremio Group
HotelPremio Group publishes for the first time its Corporate Event Focus Riport, an analysis of the domestic corporate event market.
It is based on more than 1500 B2B event requests received on HotelPremio Group’s venue search platforms. The riport takes a look at the most important questions in the corporate events market: who are the typical clients, which sector they come from, what is the average price, where are they located in the country, or what kind of technical equipment is most often requested.
The Corporate Event Focus Report was prepared based on data from B2B event requests received through HotelPremio Group’s venue-finding platforms (cegeshelyszinek.hu, micehungary.com, rendezvenyhelyszinek.hu, rendezveny.com, konferenciahotelek.hu). The research covers part of the professional categorisation of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events).
The analysis is based on data from 1,554 corporate event requests. It includes those event requests received between January 1 and December 15, 2024, where the date of implementation was also scheduled for 2024. The report was prepared by the HotelPremio Group team.

Some exciting facts from the report:
- 75% of the customers are companies from Budapest or Pest county,
- the typical client is an SME from Budapest, planning a half-day or one-day workshop with a budget of HUF 1 million, typically in Budapest,
- two hotels on Lake Balaton also made it into the top 10 most popular locations,
- the most popular catering service is dinner,
- the budget per person starts from HUF 30-50 000,
- the most common events range from 21 to 40 people,
- over 60% of events are planned more than a month in advance.
