During the three-day familiarisation trip organised for our travel agency partners, we offered them the opportunity to experience first-hand the services of Lifeclass Hotels & Spa Portorož and the unique qualities of the destination.

What exactly happened?
- On 17 November 2025, the representatives of our travel agencies arrived in Portorož, where they were welcomed by our key partner, Lifeclass Hotels & Spa Portorož On the second day, we carried out an in-depth tour of the hotel rooms and presented the wellness and spa facilities, along with the gastronomic offering. We also included activities that reflected the character and atmosphere of the destination.
- We visited a nearby olive farm (Gramona Farm”), where participants enjoyed tastings of olive oil and local delicacies – cocktail tomatoes, mozzarella, olive tapenade – followed by a gentle walk giving them an insight into olive tree cultivation and olive oil production.
- We also spent time in the nearby town of Piran, where a guided tour and wine tasting awaited the group – allowing them to experience exactly what their future clients can enjoy when visiting the area.
- Thanks to the hotel’s coastal location, guests also had the chance to sample local specialities in the hotel restaurants while enjoying the seaside hospitality and distinctive atmosphere of the destination.
