Gault&Millau awards ceremony at the newly opened Time Out Market – organized by HotelPremio
When Gault&Millau Hungary commissioned the HotelPremio team to organise its Hungarian awards ceremony, we knew that every detail had to be perfect.
More than 400 guests and the best chefs gathered at the newly opened Time Out Market on 22 September for the awards ceremony. What made the event even more memorable for us was that, apart from the opening, this was the first large-scale event at the Time Out Market Budapest venue – a real milestone in the life of the Hungarian gastronomic scene and the HotelPremio team. The project management tasks for the event were handled in-house by Noémi Mátray, a senior event manager who joined the HotelPremio team in May.
The HotelPremio team was responsible for the entire event organization
The HotelPremio Group took care of every detail of the organization: preliminary registration and follow-up notifications, as well as on-site admission with a team of eight professionals. The precise planning of the stage script, constant contact with the restaurants, and continuous communication with the registered chefs and their guests all contributed to the smooth running of the event. During the organization, we considered it important that the client could count on us at all times: we ensured the successful execution of the event with our flexible, constant presence and immediate handling of any ad hoc issues that arose.
A smooth event with reliable, professional partners
Our reliable suppliers also contributed greatly to the maximum guest experience and successful outcome: Monobit, Partybox, and Fotóművek were responsible for production (press wall, menu cards, wristbands, lanyards, badges) . The moments were captured by photographer Dániel Németh and the Fotóművek video team, while Gábor Kovács, in the role of Voice of God, made the atmosphere even more uplifting. Technical support from Special Effects, iPad solutions from Rentit, and furniture from RED4 ensured a high-quality environment. Edimart provided interpretation services, MAD Event provided the hostess team, and REDDA couriers were a huge help in organizing the event with their punctuality.
The event was moderated by food blogger Dóra Havas and Csaba Harmath, chief inspector at Gault&Millau. Guests were able to choose from the finest delicacies at Time Out Market, prepared by chefs from the best restaurants.
The end result was an event that truly represented the prestige of the international gastronomic brand and provided an unforgettable experience for both chefs and guests.

Flexible cooperation is the key to the success of an event
The Gault&Millau event is a perfect example of how flexible and effective cooperation can make a large-scale award ceremony a success, which was evident in every detail of our joint work with our partners at Time Out Market and Special Effects.
Hundreds of guests, the cream of the industry, and excellent organization all came together to make this event unforgettable. It was an honor for HotelPremio to ensure that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes, so that the spotlight could shine solely on the celebration of gastronomy.
